‍information, and suggestions on how to fix them:

‍Login Username and Password

‍When logging into the Livingston Dogs website, be sure to enter your the username & password exactly as written without any additional blank spaces. Be sure to enter upper and lower cases exactly as written.  You are always welcome to change your username and or password.

‍

‍Your browser must be current on version & updates

‍The calendar program used on the Livingston Dogs website requires the latest version and update to your operating system and browser.  This includes any computers, lap tops, pads, and cell phones that you use to access the site. Check to see if you have the latest updates and version on all your devices.

‍

‍Your browser may need to be updated and cleared

‍This may be why, after a successful login onto the Livingston Dogs website, only a blank page is visible on the Schedule Page and you are not able to view the Livingston's show calendar.

‍The browser is software that allows a computer user to find and view information on the Internet.  Also known as a web browser or Internet browser, a browser is a program to present and explore content on the internet.

‍Examples of computer browsers which may be on your computer, cell phone and other devices: Apple's Safari is the default browser on Mac personal computers, iPhones, and iPads. Mozilla's browser is Firefox. Google's browser is Chrome. Microsoft's browser is Edge (Microsoft discontinued Internet Explorer in 2015).

‍Clear Your Browser History

‍Your browser, in order to speed up internet use, has a cache.  A cache saves website addresses, information, and data that you use frequently.  This needs to be cleared on all your computers, pads and cell phones on a regular basis.  (One benefit of this is when you clear your browser history you also clear all the cookies out of your computer that have been planted there when you have visited different Internet sites.)

‍This may be the reason that you are not able to login to the new Livingston Dogs schedule, your browser's cache has saved the old Livingston website information.

‍How do I clear the history, cache, and cookies from my browser (internet) history?  Go to the following links for your browser/internet. There are also helpful instruction videos on YouTube.

‍Be sure to always keep your computer, lap top, cell phone and other devices updated.

‍

‍If you were having difficulty updating your browser, clearing the browser history, or understanding the computer lingo in the instructions above, I have a few of suggestions you may consider:

‍    1.  Do you have a younger computer savvy relative or neighbor who may help you?

‍    2.  Take your cell phone and computer into where you purchased them and ask for help. (Example:  Apple Store, Verizon, or Best Buy.)

‍    3.  Call Geek Squad to make a service call to your home.
